Established on the premises of ITMO University, the ICPC Northern Eurasia Contests Headquarters (NERC HQ) is the region’s official representative body of the world’s largest collegiate programming contest.

Our primary goal is to get new universities and teams involved in the ICPC movement, as well as to help train students and coaches. Our region is one of the contest’s most prolific: since 2000, teams from Northern Eurasia have been the world champions 14 times. That includes ITMO University (7 wins), St. Petersburg State University (4 wins), Lomonosov Moscow State University (2 wins), and Saratov State University (1 win).
